Halloween: The Game Shares New Details on Physical Editions and Haddonfield Map

Michael Myers is heading back to Haddonfield, and fortunately—despite the current dismay surrounding physical media—fans will be able to bring him home in disc form. IllFonic has officially announced physical editions for Halloween: The Game, arriving October 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X after the game’s digital launch on September 8, 2026. The update also includes a preview of Orange Grove Estates, a new map that expands the game’s version of Haddonfield with familiar homes, open neighborhood spaces, and fresh ways to survive the Shape.

Physical Editions Bring Michael Myers to Shelves

Two physical versions of Halloween: The Game have been announced: a Standard Edition and a Limited Collector’s Edition. The Standard Edition, priced at $39.99, includes the game on disc, an exclusive Halloween poster, advance access to the Michael Myers Clown skin, and two civilian cosmetics.

The Limited Collector’s Edition, priced at a much heftier $149.99, adds several extra items for longtime fans of the franchise. Along with the game, it includes advance access to the Michael Myers Clown and Samhain skins, four civilian cosmetics, an exclusive poster, a Shape Jump variant action figure, exclusive lenticular art, and additional surprises that have not yet been revealed.

The physical edition bonuses are being positioned as advance access items rather than fully exclusive unlocks, meaning players will also be able to earn certain cosmetics through in-game challenges (or presumably purchase through DLCs). However, the Phantom Michael Myers skin remains tied to digital pre-orders.

Orange Grove Estates Expands Haddonfield

Alongside the physical release news, IllFonic also previewed Orange Grove Estates, the third official map revealed for Halloween: The Game. Set in a more affluent corner of Haddonfield, the map introduces larger multi-story homes, wide yards, fences, hedges, and a neighborhood park with a playground, basketball court, picnic areas, and winding paths. Which means plenty of space for chaos.

The location also brings some of the 1978 film’s most recognizable spaces into the game, including the Wallace residence and the Doyle house. Both homes are designed as major landmarks, giving players the chance to move through familiar rooms, backyards, sheds, and multiple entry points while trying to survive Michael Myers.

But if you need the visual for yourself, make sure to check out the latest map reveal, included below.
