HIDIVE Unveils Two New Winter 2025 Simulcast Series along with Anime Frontier Events
AMC Networks' HIDIVE, the fast-growing anime streaming service, has announced its return to Fort Worth, TX next month for Anime Frontier 2024. This year's event promises an extensive line-up of screenings featuring both current and upcoming titles that are exclusive to HIDIVE.
As part of the announcement, HIDIVE revealed two highly anticipated new series set to debut in January 2025 as part of their Winter simulcast season. These series will have their North American premieres at Anime Frontier 2024, which runs from December 6 to 8 at the Fort Worth Convention Center. The event is open to all badge holders, ensuring that fans have ample opportunity to engage with the latest in anime entertainment.

The first new series, From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad’s Been Reincarnated!, is based on the popular seinen manga by Michiro Ueyama. This isekai comedy follows a 52-year-old civil servant who is reincarnated as the villainess and main character in his daughter’s favorite video game. The show is directed by Tetsuya Takeuchi and produced by Ajia-do Animation Works, with series composition by Shingo Irie and character design by Haruka Matsunae and Yuki Miyamoto. The series is part of the slate of anime TV series acquired through Sentai Filmworks’ multi-year agreement with Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS) announced in March 2023.
The second new series, Beheneko: The Elf-Girl’s Cat is Secretly an S-Ranked Monster!, is adapted from the long-running seinen manga written by Nozomi Ginyo and illustrated by Taro Shinonome. This ecchi comedy tells the story of a slain knight reincarnated as a monster who has sworn to protect his beautiful elven rescuer, now in the form of an adorable kitten. Produced by Zero G x Saber Works, the series is directed by Tetsuo Hirakawa, with series composition by Kanichi Kato and character design by Tomoyuki Abe.

HIDIVE’s programming schedule for Anime Frontier 2024 is also packed with exciting screenings over the three-day weekend. The line-up kicks off on Friday night, December 6, with a special dub screening of the summer hit fantasy action-adventure series I Parry Everything!. On Saturday, December 7, the schedule includes a special premiere screening of the fan-favorite rom-com series How I Attended an All-Guy’s Mixer, followed by a screening of the rom-com drama series 2.5 Dimensional Seduction. The day will culminate with the back-to-back North American premieres of the two newly announced Winter 2025 series, From Bureaucrat to Villainess: Dad’s Been Reincarnated! and Beheneko: The Elf-Girl’s Cat is Secretly an S-Ranked Monster!.
On the final day, Sunday, December 8, HIDIVE will close out its programming with the North American premiere of the upcoming Winter 2025 rom-com series I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!?, which was previously revealed at New York Comic Con 2024.
