Haddonfield Town Center Expands the World of Halloween: The Game
Halloween: The Game is taking players deeper into Haddonfield with the reveal of Haddonfield Town Center, the second official map announced for the upcoming asymmetrical horror title. This time around, the new location shifts the action into the town’s cultural hub, expanding the playable world with local shops, gathering spots, and eerie everyday spaces Michael Myers will stalk when the game launches on September 8, 2026.
What to Expect from Haddonfield’s Town Center
According to the official reveal, Haddonfield Town Center is built around the feeling of a quaint Midwestern downtown, complete with long-standing local businesses, cozy streets, and the kind of everyday places that become instantly more unsettling once Halloween night arrives. The map includes establishments like Nichols Hardware, A-Side Music Store, Hill Garden Center, Patty’s Pub, a post office, Margie’s Auto Repair, and of course, the Haddonfield cemetery.
Each location adds a different flavor to the map. Nichols Hardware stocks tools, first aid kits, and Halloween masks, while Patty’s Pub offers pool tables, a jukebox, and a pay phone outside. A-Side Music Store gives the town a pop-culture hangout, Hill Garden Center adds an outdoor retail space, and the cemetery brings a more classically eerie landmark into the mix.
The reveal also gives some insight into how the team is approaching Haddonfield as a playable horror setting. Art Director Cole Gray explained that the original film locations served as the starting point, with the team expanding those familiar glimpses into a more complete version of the town. Gray also described the maps as spaces built for immersion and high-stakes roleplay, allowing players to feel like they are stepping into their own horror movie.
With Haddonfield Town Center now revealed, Halloween: The Game continues to lean into the franchise’s most iconic setting while expanding it into a fuller, more interactive nightmare.
