KCON LA 2026 Unveils Wanna One Reunion and Special Stages

KCON LA 2026 is raising the stakes for its return to Los Angeles this summer, unveiling a slate of exclusive M COUNTDOWN stages built around reunions, debuts, covers, and collaborations fans will only be able to see at the festival. Among the newly announced highlights are Wanna One’s first KCON LA appearance in nine years, EVAN’s North American performance debut, and special stages featuring ZEROBASEONE, MEOVV, Anderson .Paak, TAEYONG, and more.

Taking place August 14–16 at Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center, this year’s festival will unfold under the K-SOUL CITY theme, inviting attendees into a Seoul-inspired cultural experience across music, beauty, food, and lifestyle. KCON LA 2026 will also introduce newly extended one-hour performances for headline artists on the M COUNTDOWN STAGE and ARTIST STAGE, giving several of the weekend’s biggest sets even more room to land.

Wanna One Will Return to KCON LA on Opening Night

Leading the weekend’s special programming, Wanna One will reunite for a KCON LA stage on August 14. The performance marks the group’s first appearance at the festival since 2017, bringing them back to the event nine years after their KCON LA debut and setting up what will likely be one of the most emotional moments of the weekend for longtime fans.

That sense of arrival extends across the broader lineup, which brings together established names, rising K-pop acts, hip-hop artists, and singer-songwriters for their first KCON LA appearances. ALPHA DRIVE ONE, Anderson .Paak, cosmosy, EVAN, H//PE Princess, ILLIT, KEYVITUP, KickFlip, KO1KEYZ, MODYSSEY, NEXZ, ONE PACT, RESCENE, SANTOS BRAVOS, So!YoON!, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, WING, and &TEAM are also all set to make their KCON LA debut this year.

Exclusive Covers, Collaborations, and Dream Stage Moments

Beyond the debut performances, KCON LA 2026 is also building out its M COUNTDOWN schedule with stages designed specifically for the festival. ZEROBASEONE will perform “Exotic” for the first time anywhere in the world, while KIM TAE RAE will take on IU’s “Love wins all.” MEOVV, meanwhile, will put their own stamp on BLACKPINK’s “JUMP” as part of the special-stage lineup.

The collaborations continue from there. Anderson .Paak will join NCT’s TAEYONG for a first-ever performance together, while ALPHA DRIVE ONE and WING will share a stage that brings beatboxing and K-pop performance into the same space. TREASURE’s SO JUNG HWAN, ZEROBASEONE’s PARK GUN WOOK, and KickFlip’s Kyehoon will also step away from their M COUNTDOWN hosting duties for a special stage as a trio.

KCON’s signature DREAM STAGE will round out those one-time moments with NCT 127, ILLIT, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER, giving selected fans the chance to perform alongside the artists themselves. EVAN’s set adds another notable milestone to the weekend, marking his first-ever performance in North America. So, between Wanna One’s return, a wide-reaching group of KCON LA debuts, and a packed schedule of covers and cross-artist collaborations, the festival is positioning its M COUNTDOWN stages as a major draw in their own right.

KCON LA 2026 returns to downtown Los Angeles from August 14–16.
